Amber Chen devoted her entire career to Public Service, a family tradition she cherishes and preserves on every day of her life.
At age 24 (Summer 2017), Amber was awarded the John W. Mooty Public Service Fellowship for her exceptional dedication to public interests in Minnesota.
At age 25 (Fall 2018), Amber was awarded the Star of the North Public Service Fellowship by the State of Minnesota to serve at the Minnesota Department of Human Services, Children and Family Services Division.
