Please note as a private, non-government non-profit, The People's House: A White House Experience and the White House History Shop remain OPEN during regular business hours (9 am to 5 pm seven days a week) while the federal government is shut down.
Special visitors from first year of the Opening include Martin Sheen of West Wing, the stars of The Residence, the Oakland Athletics, former First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, and President Donald J. Trump, in addition to thousands of students, families, and tourists.
